3-4 years ago I joined this project as a quest developer and completed like 4 or 5 projects. I'm looking to get back into the project but at this time am more interested in trying out interiors. Is it OK to use OpenMW-CS for interiors on this project? What about quests and exteriors?

Project standard is to use the vanilla CS, but some devs use it and theres not been any reports of causing trouble.
This being for int/ext's, not sure about quests.
Also, dont forget to swing by the discord that is where 99.9% of project planning and discussion is mow.

I dare you to make a quest with OpenCS' dialogue editor.
While it is theoretically doable to make quests in OpenCS, the scripts in there will need to be recompiled in the Construction Set, because OpenCS does not generate the bytecode the vanilla engines uses.
Other than that, there are no hard restrictions in place.Go wild!
