Bleeders:
All of your tapestries: bleeding into the wooden beam, move these up so the stick goes through the adobe. I've attached an image of the proper placement in this post.
Floaters:
misc_com_wood_knife (x2): the blades are floating (for the knives on the shelf)

The doors teleport to the other door in the int, making it an endless loop. Normally, doormarkers would connect interiors to exteriors (or other interior cells). But since an exterior is not necessary, disable “teleport” on both of the loaddoors so we don’t have incorrect doormarkers.
While I love the creativity of the mini-ancestor shrine you have going on the bottom floor, this is a bit too outside-the-box. Almost always, ancestor worship and these kinds of things are reserved for Ancestral Tombs and Temples. So I advise you to remove the skulls, urns, bonemeal, wall decal, and sound object. It’s not a bad execution, but for a commoner’s home, it’s a bit much. Also, remove the blue lights or change them to normal (since in TR, blue lights are reserved for places that indicate magic). You can repurpose this area into something more mundane, like a storage area or a reading area if you want to keep the books.
de_r_chest_01_gold1: this chest uses the rich wood, make sure to get a de_p_chest to match the rest of the interior’s furniture
T_Nor_Cm_Pants_03: these are Nord pants geared mainly towards “Skyrim: Home of the Nords”. Replace these with a T_De (or T_Com if it looks fitting) or vanilla pants
Note: I see you used a lot of stoneware. This is not technically wrong because stoneware can be used in interiors, but for the future, it’s nice to see a lot of the dunmer sets mixed together. Using the vanilla tableware, and then some of the TD extended sets like greenware (and blueware houses on the richer side) looks really nice in commoner homes. You don’t have to fix this one if you don’t feel like it, but just note it.
This is a fantastic showcase. Fix these things and I will recommend for promotion.
Annoyingly, I actually created the pathgrid for my initial upload but I must have clicked "cancel" out of reflex. Regardless, this version of the showcase should cover everything.

T_De_BlueGlassBowel_01 was deprecated in the latest TD_Addon, so make sure you’re using the addon, where you can see the new assets or know which things have been deprecated and such. For the sake of the showcase, you don’t need to act on this but you should know it anyway.
Fix these teeny errors (yes, I know it seems pedantic), and I will recommend you for promotion.

This version should be good; pathgrid changed, tapestry moved, "Bowel" replaced, and the knives should be fixed now.
