Floaters: T_Com_Var_Knife_03: Blade would fall over at this kinda angle (would reccomend swapping to a knife with a more traditonal blade which you can angle more naturally)
Other: The two in_hlaalu_door should be in_hlaalu_loaddoor_01 goya/cyrodiilic brandy, shouldn't have these in a poor home as their supposed to be high class With the nails, I'd recommend scaling them up so their actually visible otherwise player might not notice and assume their floaters T_Com_Var_CrateOpen_05: These metal crates might be marked "com" but they dont really work outside of PC and SHOTN (Container versions are actually makred Sky), just swap this over to an open version of the regular crate. Also since theres actual loot, double check in-game that a bosmer and altmer player can actually reach whats inside. For the attic check out the TD webs, you can find them under the GLB (Global) heading. More versatile shapes you can have around. (Dont have to use them by the by, just worth knowing they are there to play with)
Very good first start, always happy too see a showcase make full use of the TD clutter and liking the little detailing, though you seem to have run into the issue I normally fall prey too of focusing in a few areas and the rest being a bit empty. I'd suggest adding some extra furniture around too fill out the emptier bottom floor, also try adding more items in clumps, just as an example noticed with the bottles you had standalone try having 3 or 4 together, helps fill space.
I had a look at the TD webs under GLB but couldn't quite find any that suited for me here.
Treasure in the crate is accessible to both Altmer and Bosmer.
I got rid of the goya but left the Cyrodiilic brandy (tucked it behind the two mazte on the top shelf though). I reasoned it was among the nice little things our resident keeps in the attic. Only reason it's downstairs is because they're putting it to good use.

Alright, done. Hope it's all up to standard.
