I've been in and out of here since 2010. Made a few interios, tried to make a few quests, got busy.
Anyways, recently re-installed the Editor again and wouldn't mind helping out again... So what's new? Can anyone run me up to speed on what's changed in the overall process? Specifically, has anything major changed in the installation process, IE: TR_Data, and TR_Mainland?
Anyways, looking forward to doing a few interiors, and would really like to help out with some quest design/scripting.

Hello and welcome back.
First of all, the last time you were around and registered on the new forum was just before Discord kicked it off massively with non-TR communities (most of who ended up bolstering our numbers). Our Discord server is now regularly full of 120-140 people (admittedly mostly idlers) and usually a handful of Lead Devs and it's easier to get a reply than the forums.
The biggest new thing (or not new) is that our assets have been merged with Project Tamriel's and moved to Tamriel_Data, necessiating you to use two BSAs instead of one.
The process for claiming has moved off the forums and into a dedicated Claims browser, with top-down planning. For a modders, not much should have changed - you click to get a claim, you get assigned, you update your progress and upload files, when progress is at 100%, you'll see another button to put it into review. I'd also suggest trying out your Dashboard for easy access to things you can work on, are working on, or should be of interest to you.
Quite a bit of the decision-making has (unfortunately) been moved off the forums into the weekly meetings, so if you want a greater context on as to why things are designed the way they are, you can read up on things there. There's also the (in-progress) handbook for more read-ups than you might want to indulge in.
