At some point, we should get working propylon chambers in strongholds in the mainland. This would require retroactively adding the buildings to them, finding places for the indecies, and deciding which strongholds even get the chambers. Discuss how this can be done in the comments!

Yes, I think this should certainly be done, but as with most things TR I'd leave off TR_Mainland for the time being and focus on strongholds going forwards. When this idea was discussed before, one idea was that some strongholds with propylon chambers might be buried, that is, the stronghold can only be accessed via the propylon network.
How propylon networks look is another question, and rather more involved. I do have some old maps where Swiftoak was musing possible networks at hand, but it was all pretty vague. I think a major question to consider is whether we should link up to the Vvardenfell network in any way and, if not, why a closed Vvardenfell network would have existed before the Inner Sea.

Reading this again, it may be an interesting idea to convert Baan Urlai into one of these, possibly with an IAS quest to dig it out to the cave it is currently connected to.

I believe one of the strongholds should be named Molag Beran (as in Battle of Molag Beran) unless you guys have other plans for this name.

i think that book is a story and it wasn't a real place
also many ancient places might not exist anymore

If it's a story of fiction, then why it uses real names? Those names are Drenim (all happen to be Telvanni in game) and Retheran (all are Redoran).

lots of stories (in real life and in TES) have real names but are fictitious. i'm not about to take a bad DLC plugin's book as absolute canon.
i think whoever wrote it in real life just picked some dunmer names and wrote a story about it.
if you submit an interior showcase and make the stronghold and it gets accepted, then you can help name it ;)

Why even bother with making Tamriel Rebuilt then, if you're going to scrap lore established pre-Oblivion, because "poetry is bad"? Just make your own game and stop pretending it has anything to do with Bethesda's work.
