New release has bad ESP files.......?

The new release, as always, looks stellar. I could not ask my question without that first.
It took me a while to realize, but non of the ESP files that came with the new release were working. Travels, and Preview being two of them. I then noticed today, they each are only 1KB each. (Basically there is nothing on them.)
Was this an accident, or was it deliberate.

Again the Dominion of Dust has been amazing to explore.

TR_Travels and TR_Preview have been deprecated, and will not be published in the future. The blank files are designed to overwrite the old files, which would cause problems with the Dominions of Dust / Embers of Empire release if loaded alongside TR_Mainland.
