First of all, thanks to the developers for the amazing quests in the latest TR release.
I have a question about a certain quest in Aimrah. To avoid too many spoilers, I think the subject of the post should be enough to make clear which one I'm referring to. After completing the main part, I went back into the cave and killed off the dreugh residing there. Afterwards, I eventually found the "Maw". Though the place was still incredibly epic, I found it completely devoid of any creatures. Is this a bug, work in progress, or the way this location was intended? I was hoping for an epic encounter with a demigod...
At the end of the quest, a certain npc refers to a Temple shrine in Khuul. But I found no such thing there. Did I not look thoroughly enough? Or is this a typo, and the reference is supposed to be to the Koal cave shrine near Gnisis? Or is this, once again, work in progress? Seems like there should be more, considering that that dialog yields a journal entry.
Lastly, there is a mention of Paruddma in the Peryiton. But that description bears little similarity to what the quest portrays. I'm curious whether this was intended. The discrepancy can be ascribed to different cults having different notions of an entity with the same name, or religious views evolving. So, it's still cool. But it made me think whether there's more to the quest, though I didn't manage to find any additional leads.

The maw is in TR_Preview, our work in progress area, so it'll be a while before it is finished and the quest will likely be altered or extended with it in mind. Aimrah is even the southmost point of currently finished areas.

I see. Thank you for the clarification.
Is the part about Khuul also work in progress?

I think the reference to Khuul would be to the Koal Cave shrine, since that's important to Morrowind's history with the Dreugh

Like Minerman said, it's a reference to the Koal Cave. The cultists in Aimrah seem to believe that Paruddma is a reincarnaton of the Ruddy Man, whom Vivec killed near Gnisis.
Peryiton is a western demonology written by Bretons, so yes, it's a purposefully wildly different take.
The Maw will return in... At the Maw of Madness.
