So just stumbled across Tamriel_rebuilt after watching someone on youtube, and immediately started to download it. I've modded morrowind before with nexus, but its been a few years since ive fully submerged myself in morrowind - but im back again.

Spent several hours trying to get this to work, with no luck at all. I had the snowflake issue which was an easy fix, but now im having an error about matching ID's that won't let me run the game at all. The problem is as follows

Matching ID's

T_Cyr_Flora_Pitcher_01

Tamriel_Data.esm Type Container

Tamriel_Data_legacy type statiic

Please help!!! It was briefly working with a whole lot of errors, i then did a few things to try and fix it which made it worse. Have reinstalled the game completely, and registered my BSA's (If thats changing the order in the ini file) but still can't get it to go.

Hoping someone can help me!!!!!!

Hello there, it appears that you've accidently downloaded and installed the Tamriel Data Legacy version as well, which isn't meant to be used for playing our mod (only for mash scripts and patching). Simply delete the file "Tamriel_Data_Legacy.esm" from your data files folder and the issue should be resolved.

Which Graphics mods do you have installed? Generally speaking; Any mod that edits a vanilla model (like the shape of a tree, rock, etc) doesn't play nice with things like Tamriel Rebuilt because TR uses those vanilla models, which can cause errors. Anything that only touches textures should be fine.

Its Called MO or morrowind Overhaul, is that the right name?

I don't want it installed anymore at all, im happy just having Tamriel rebuilt but theres the problem of the game wanting thousands of "yes" clicks before i can even start it

Been trying to fix this nonstop

Instead of it being a mod its a complete exe program that installs itself, often times taking over the mouse and installing it for you. Does this help? sorry i'm obviously not very good at this - just desperate to get it going

I can get the game to go with an option from the last graphic overhaul, it allows you to say yes to all. When i get into game there are large exclamation marks everywhere and once i leave the area im in (Firewatch) the game brings up a prompt saying there is no animation class and crashes. cryingcrying

I had this problem. Just look up how to add a .bsa they have a step by step guide somewhere on this site or just Google it. It is a very simple fix. Takes maybe 2 min.

.esm before .esp other than that I haven't had any major conflicts except for mesh replaces and landmass mods.

Yes. Morrowind, Tribunal, then bloodmoon, tamriel data, tr mainland.... the esps overwrite each other from top to bottom so keep that in mind. But if you have no conflicts their order doesn't matter.
I started playing on openmw a few years back so I'm not as familiar with the vanilla engine as I used to be.
