The "Quality Time" quest requires me to try to talk to Sedri Endavel, a jailor.  I looked for her at the prison, but she isn't there.  There aren't any cells either.  Is the Prison not fully implemented?  [EDIT] She is there, just not where I expected. [/EDIT]

A probably minor quibble - the banner for the "Glass Goblet" looks like a Limping Scrib.
