You can, but it is often very tedious for a reviewer to do review it, so it seldom goes through. I reccomend you just claim an interior as your showcase and follow the showcase guidelines for it.

If you do want to submit a mod as a showcase, please cut everything out of the file that the reviewer doesn't need to see, make sure it is clean and follows the guidelines, and upload it.
