Maybe worth changing the landscape of Northern coast. In order not to accidentally arrive to the Frostmoth Fort by casting divine intervention. According to lore - Solstheim is Morrowind's analogue of such great cities as Podunk or Kickapoo. This island is place for exile of Imperial Legion penalties and place for mineral exploration by EEC. So this is place which traveller would not like to get accidentally.
I have two variants:
1. Increase distance between northern coast and Solstheim by decreasing landmasses of continental Morrowind.
2. Place as much as possible imperial cult shrines in settlements - Cormar, Dunkreath, Valenhal and Ystralond.
There is another variant - to use plug-in "Anthology Solstheim" or include it into TR.

Let's concider all variants:
Anthology Solstheim conflicts with all plugins which add or fix something on Solstheim. Some of them are musthave (such as MPP, UMP or russian GFM).
Placing as much as possible imperial shrines - looks like crutch and very lazy solution.
Increasing distance is the best variant IMO.

Rats suggested very radical variant:

I'm suggesting less radical variant with interesting and unique locations:

1. Lands to the west of Baan Malur and to the north of Cormar became a spit like Arabat spit in Crimea. I suggest to name it Valenhal spit.

2. Valenhal moves to south.
3. Ystralond is located on small peninsula and connects two coasts of it. Also terrain to the east of Ystralond can be named Ystralond cape with some crashed ships.
4. Dunkreath moves to northwest.

As per the discussions on discord, divine intervention markers in Cormar and dunkreath will catch 99% of people using divine intervention, making radical landscape alterations to the north-coast for that remaining 1% isnt a good trade-off.

Somewhat related: It may be a good idea to add travel options to select eastern Skyrim cities/Uld Vraech towns to the boat that pops up at Raven Rock (including the nearest major EEC ports, likely Winterhold or Windhelm).
