Extract the attached .bat file and run it. It's going to ask for a file name, then dump every unlinked/linked door into a txt. To clean up the file, replace the regexp on the first line with nothing.

The T_D item list has been updated to v7.03.

Please note that unique doors (i.e. those that aren't defined in T_D, but in the province files) are not included. If they are needed for some reason, the script can be expanded.
