Hello, I recently updated to the newest version of TR. I have a current character (currently in Balmora) who has visited the mainland at Firewatch and did the quest from the Mages' Guild to give the soul gem to the guy at the library. I have interacted with other NPCs, but I believe that's the only quest I've completed. I had an active one to go to Sarvanni but updated the app before I set out. I've done the Balmora Mages Guild quests from Ranis but that's all. Am I good to resume? I've loaded it once quick last night just to get a new fresh save, but I don't want to bug any quest lines.

If your character went to Firewatch in any release earlier than 22.11, then you may very likely get quest bugs. That release completely overhauled the entire western Telvannis seaboard, including the city of Firewatch and all its quests.

I mean, you can try for sure, I'm just saying there is no guarantee.
If I were you, I'd quickly do
coc Firewatchin the in-game console, run around town and the interiors, and see if you can find duplicated or out-of-place NPCs, objects, etc. And to steel myself to having to progress through some quests using the console, if needed.
