This map should show exactly what parts of the current Veloth's Path would need what level of editing.

Roadsigns from Bosmora to Almalexia leads through Thalotheran Quarry. Using dev files, I got lost trying to go by foot from Necrom back to Almas Thirr. Road texture isn't descriptive in any way in those parts. Also roadsigns to Necrom appear only since Dreynim so without looking at the spoilers I had no idea what route should be taken, wandering into dead end in Akamora as asimuth was right. Map above shows road south past Tomaril Manor but it was cut or I couldn't find it and there weren't any signposts sugesting it going further.

The above map is very much outdated, check Discord for a more up-to-date one (I should update the maps on the website gallery, too). The issues with the Tomaril Manor road is likely fixed in the newer versions.

Veloth's Path (along with all landscape) from Othrensis to west of Bosmora will likely be completely remade; the content in TR_Restexterior are historical placeholders and will not be fixed. The same is true to a lesser extent with the stretch of the road leading from Bosmora to Necrom. Although given its released content, we should fix outstanding issues with the latter -- so, bug reports regarding this on the bugtracker are welcome.

There weren't any outstanding issues, worth of bug report. Roadsigns were clear. Just testure, bridges and elevations suggested road not most traveled. Nothing compared to newer parts along the Thirr. I have no experiance with the engine, but have read somewhere, that only two terrain materials can meet an any point, so "just adding more pebbles" to evisting exterior cells isn't something trivial I assume.
