I have the above Dialogue/Greeting bug among most vanilla npc's in my game.

Apparantly this is a known bug and supposedly fixed in the Hotfix.

Seeing as i have the Hotfix (1,3) and have it load at the bottom of the loadout i kinda question this.

I would like the name/place of the npc that should have this topic, as well as the location of the topic so i can filter the thing myself.
