None of the Almas Thirr Fighters Guild quests give any general Reputation. Adding a rep point for the last quest (Kill Argo Hlon), would be sufficient.

That's intentional. Vanilla
That's intentional. Vanilla FG quests, as well as faction quests by seedy/corrupt questgivers, don't give any reputation.
