The Fighters Guild quest No Sin Unpunished has a part where the player is meant to be able to ask residents of Necrom, Refuge of St. Aralor about the topic Olmu Llendu to get a response beginning:

"Sister Olmu has vowed to follow Saint Aralor's example..." (the NPC goes on to explain precisely where Olmu will be at 4am so that the player can kill her without actually spilling blood in Necrom)

But the Olmu Llendu topic isn't appearing for any inhabitant of the refuge with the exception of the somewhat hidden Lunera Hlas. I think this is because the NPCs in the refuge (except Lunera) have all had NoLore scripts applied, and the dialogue conditions for the topic stop it proccing on NoLore NPCs. It would be nice to re-enable the topic for Thoril Misrem, as he's the NPC right next to Olmu, and arguably would make sense to re-enable the topic for other refuge residents (such as Ildros Gilnith, who seems to run the place).
