Hi, this is a vanilla asset, meaning fixing it is out of TD's or TR's scope.
However, this particular mesh is fixed in Morrowind Optimization Patch, which is a mod I would definitely recommend using in general: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45384
