The quest may require you to talk to "any Temple master in Mournhold district", but the dialogue in "Nerasa Veran" topic is restricted to non-nolore m3 masters. The dialogue should be expanded to the Andothren, Hlan Oek, Draloris and Necrom masters as well, or rewritten to exclude them. NoLore filter should be removed because all faction questgivers will eventually be nolored.

Also, that dialogue has a lot of unnecessary branching and a speechcraft check, as usual.
