Implemented the changes. I cleaned up some jank along the way, removed the juvenile riverstrider placements in Lake Andaram, and did whatever exterior edits felt necessary to facilitate the new placements (updating the pathgrids where applicable). The only change I abstained from doing was having a second strider in Llothanis, as dialogue seems to imply it has a large port with multiple of them (I didn't want to create a new NPC lol).
