Here is what I did:

- Discover Etana Egg Mine. Talk to people. Obtain journal TR_m4_Om_RemnantsResdayn 50:
The miners in Etana Egg Mine are at a loss about what to do with a cursed Indoril artifact they found. The foreman wants them to remove it by hand, but the miners are frightened and hold out hope that the Andothren Temple will send Ordinators to deal with the task.

- Pick up the bowl. Obtain journal TR_m4_Om_RemnantsPath3 20:
After picking up the cursed bowl, I heard an eerie sound and felt the strangest feeling. There is something off about the egg mine now.

- Run to the entrance without harming anyone. Obtain journal TR_m4_Om_RemnantsPath3 30:
I apparently entered a fugue state where I was set upon by ghostly apparitions and hostile miners. The vengeful spirit of Indoril Rathes explained that the bowl cursed me with a frenzy, causing me to attack all around me. Thankfully I didn't fall for the trick. The cursed bowl seems to be harmless now.

- Optional: Dispel Ibelard. Obtain journal TR_m4_Om_RemnantsIbelard 10:
I have dispelled the curse from the insane miner, Ibelard. He gave me a small amount of gold as thanks.

The quest is now stuck in my journal. No one in the Andothren temple has any relevant dialogue that can forward it; nor does Dreynos Helvi.

I suspect the same happens with other outcomes of the fugue state. Not sure how to fix this in a good way without causing confusion in the other paths through the quest (those where one does get the quest from Dreynos).
