I teleported to almalexia and when I came back the NPC who have teleported me there was in two version. Both of them are actual working NPC. I teleported from Vivec mage guild. IDK the coordinate and my picture is too big. The name of the NPC is Ohmonir.

As far as I am aware, this is not a bug at all. I bet the submitter is in fact playing on the Vanilla engine and just updated the game files mid-game without patching their save in Wrye Mash - that would lead to this behaviour.
