As part of the quest, Free at Last? you need to escort the Khajiit slave, Shamiir, out of Harru Cavern and back to the guards at Erethan Plantation.

However, Harru Cavern (Mephalan Vales, 33 -7)  has been placed in such a way to Shamiir cannot leave the area immediately outside the entrance. The steep cliffs prevent him from following the player back to Erethan Plantation.
