Medium armor set worn exclusively by the Abecean Red Armada, the state-sanctioned private militia in charge of overseeing the Crownlands. Stats should be between vanilla Orcish and Indoril armor. Special stuff
The Ja-Natta Syndicate is a vicious upstart gang trying to muscle its way into Narsis. Although its leader is a reclusive Sload, a lot of the gang's members are dunmer.
Questgiver:
Saldeni Andralor Level 31 Dark Elf Assassin Saldeni is the head of the Syndicate in Narsis, answering only to K'Vatra. She is a talented killer, and has removed from power several of the former lieutenants of Orvas Dren after his relocation to Vvardenfell. Saldeni operates from the JNS' starting stronghold in the sewers.
The first part of the Ja-Natta Syndicate endgame questline. The rest of K'Vatra's quests will be added in Deshaan releases and focus on K'Vatra's business in Dres lands and Subo-Lathla.
The questline is locked behind the rank of Enforcer, with no other quests being its prerequisite.
Game of Nine-Holes to be added to TData. It is already made by Dillon in her mod (which she agreed to be used), so it should be only ported over, with tweaks where necessary.
The deterministic/fixed death animations 1-5 are missing from latest TD (originally from https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset/death-animations). These are needed to place dead NPCs in specific positions. I'm sorry if creating a new asset claim page isn't the best way to go about this. The files are attached with the appropriate folder struture I think.
Shrine of the Hidden Saints in the Market Quarter is focused on more 'down to earth' matters of charity & local issues. Contrasts with the Eight-Bones Temple which is focused on crusading smiting high prestige type quests. Something leaning more to "pilgrim" players than "barbarian" players.
During the Barendreth assault, a young Ordinator Dredase Devani and his friend went to the underground level against the orders instead of fighting vampires at the lower level. They were surrounded, Dredase's friend died, and he was infected and locked himself in a cattle cell. (the battle is ongoing during the player's visit, like in Ald Daedroth, so that happened 5 mins before the player's arrival).
The consulate dome needed to be open at the bottom to serve its intended purpose (be visible from the bottom floor and make the whole building feel larger), and it particularly needed the stairs removed to facilitate a more efficient floorplan using H_01 stackable stairs instead of H_02 nonstackables.
