Narsis: Distinct Distaste

Frorkvald, a surly Nord in the Canyon Air inn, is complaining loudly about the quality of Morrowind's "fishbrew". An inquisitive player with somewhat good Disp can get the Nord to admit that he's written a letter of complaint to the head brewmaster Fels Daryno at the Brewers and Fishmongers Hall. The player can then offer to deliver the letter for him.

Narsis: Echoes of the Past

Idea by Azrayel

NEWSPAPER OPERATOR of [The Canyon Echo] in the Foreign Quarter has news on a scoop none of their reporters are willing to gather themselves:
There’s a talkative ghost in the sewers trying to tell their story, but nobody sticks around to listen. They need someone to go interview this ghost and return with the hot scoops.  The ghost is cursing their Hlaalu descendants for the occupied chamber floodage.  Very clearly angry the tombs were moved at all and disparages changes in the modern Temple and decisions by the Hlaalu.

Narsis: Fools' Gold

Quest idea by Azrayel.

A Khajiit prospector Duthar'Jo and an Imperial merchant Ursinius Corius are living it up in the Desert Rose Bordello to celebrate their newly-sourced gold mine in the Shipal highlands. This is exciting because it was believed that Morrowind was largely devoid of gold, and finding a source this close to Cyrodiil could be a huge boon to the Imperial and his business partners.

Ald Marak: Always Something to Learn

Adaves Relvenim, a retired Redoran warrior and Medium Armor Master Trainer living in Ald Marak, is willing to train the player in Medium Armor, but not for free. He’s been trying to persuade the Ald Iuval bonesmith Llareu Bethones to make him a special bonemold cuirass (named variant of the Redoran Master Cuirass that’s in T_Data, or whatever else works), however the smith has refused his offers so far because of previous conflicts. The player’s job is to convince Bethones to make the cuirass that Adaves wants.
