Redguard temple set based on the temple of Arkay from TESA: Redguard. To be used throughout Hammerfell (and likely in Dragonstar/Karthwasten as well).
This is a pan-Redguard set to be used alongside regional political/cultural architecture sets, along the same lines of the Velothi and Cyrodiilic temple sets. Ideally, it should be more variable than the Velothi temples, and follow the modular model of the Imperial ones.
Ulyne Rothalen, wife of Myron Rothalen, has caught the eye of the Breton adventurer and flim-flammer BreynardAncois. He's convinced that she's trapped in a loveless marriage with a cruel man, and wants to break her out of her cage and set her free. This quest takes place over several stages.
Madrana Varen recently moved from Ald Marak to Othmura. She's been unpacking her belongings, and has found that several things are missing. The primary thing she's concerned about is a drum that was left to her by her father.
Bitterstone is an ore found across the Padomaic which the Keptu-Quey smelt with copper to make Quey bronze. It should come in both deposit (which would be a container with a leveled list) and ore (which would be an ingredient) format. Deposits would have around 4-6 variations (see vanilla ore deposits). Note: the base rock texture on the ore deposits should match the texture of PI/Cathnoquey caves.
Bronze ingots would be a 'misc item', not an ingredient.
Asset for the Fortresses of the Keptu-quey's strange stone structures. Meshes should appear "grown" despite being made from volcanic rock, textures should also have a slightly purplish gray undertone. (Texture will also be used on a set of rocks that get found elsewhere on Cathnoquey)
When designing the set include a few ruined and collapsed pieces for both interior and exterior within reason.
Manse Menas has a sealed letter she needs delivered to the overseer of Edalvel Plantation, west of Hlerynhul. If the player opens the seal (using Vanilla mechanics with Security skill) they will find a letter informing the overseer that a slave on the plantation has been in communication with the Twin Lamps and is planning a mass-breakout.
If the player has read the letter, they can warn the slave that they have been discovered and give them an opportunity to slip away.
Saelin and Suldreni Ulom are married fisherfolk in Othmura, with Saelin's family having lived there for generations. Since the Hlaalu takeover of this region the economy of Othmura has more and more shifted away from fishing and towards traders and artisans, and the Uloms barely make ends meet with their fishing business. A few years ago Saelin's brother Beivis threw in the towel and moved to Hlan Oek, where he fell in with the Camonna Tong running the dock administration.
A simple bounty quest given by Vibius Verturius, the commander of the Othmura garrison. A gang of bandits has taken over Kuriki, a cave on the road south of the Hlaalu Ferry. That's bad for the farmers who deliver their goods there for shipping. Go there and kill them.
~~~
Note that this cave was set up with a little gimmick, the bandits have captured a swamp troll, and if you release it, it will attack them. Shouldn't affect the quest though. Vibius is involved in the Othmura HH questline, but this has no bearing on the quest.
Donus Verelnim, one of the members of the Tribunal Temple in Othmura, has a guilty conscience. He knows that a while ago Furen Hlavel, the head priest, agreed to safekeep a letter addressed to the traveling merchant Palosenya from her brother while she was out of town. It wasn't sealed, and Donus noticed that Furen read it and was visibly upset by its content. Palosenya is an Altmer, but she is a believer in the Tribunal faith.
