A local corner club that will provide no beds to the player, de_m furniture. This can have a basement, with either a small top floor bedroom with windows and a seedy bar below or a well let clubroom with dingy downstairs accommodation.
Cell: 6,-35 Molag Bal Daedric Ruin. The ruin should have a fairly linear layout due to collapses and the like, but with side rooms, with low-to-mid-level Daedra guarding the various chokepoints. The local Mages Guild has made slow progress clearing the ruin. The interior is being investigated by the Guild, who set up camp in the entrance.
Cell: 4,-47 Medium-sized abandoned Ancestral Tomb. Full of undead. The top level is used as storage, the rest of the tomb is behind a barred door. Potential quest: The farmers living on the hill above ask the player to put the spirits to rest, as the tomb belonged to the family a long time ago.
