A static version of the Dark Elf lampstand without a candle on it, for use in unused rooms, storage or ruins.

The Sand Kwoom is a cousin of the Mountain Hooms of Velothis that is adpated for the dry canyons of Shipal Shin

A re-scaling of the de_tents already in data due to their small size making cluttering difficult and being impossible for players to navigate.

Additionally fixes the missing collision on the bottom of the larger tent.

Progress

While the hook is finished there is still work to be done on designing how this quest should finish. Additionally I need to add journal logs and fully complete the newly needed dialogue.
