The idea is that some vestige of the rock-carving tradition that created the Daedric ruins throughout Morrowind is still present among the Indoril lower class of the Mephalan Vales, from where the rocks used in the ruins construction are implied (by TR) to be from.
A unique fat head for Athires Hlaalu -- the Grand Hlaalu, Prince of Shipal, The Golden Chancellor, all names ascribed the Master of House Hlaalu.
Will, of course, be very useful in Narsis.
Feivelyn Art attached below -- use the one where Athires is older. The face should be fatter than most other Dunmer in the game. You may also want to add a hairstyle like that.
Ruined meshes for Narsis District, where Redoran was pushed out of by the Hlaalu. These will help replace the tilted and doorless buildings currently used in its stead.
