Almas Thirr fixes

Closed 3 bug reports and did the following fixes for Almas Thirr:

Created TR_m3_AT_MiddleArmorerKey_1, placed it at TR_AT_01 – Armorer, and tied it to all containers and locked doors in the interior. Cluttered a shelf in the corridor with some food items.
Moved the tables of the street vendors so the NPCs could walk out.
Replaced T_De_Furn_Rug_04 on top of the book seller’s house with furn_de_rug_big_07 (not so rich-looking).
Replaced bk_legionsofthedead in the book-seller’s stock (it has no value) with BookSkill_Athletics1 (The Ransom of Zarek).
Replaced Ex_De_Shack_Steps_01 on the second floor exterior (bleeding into the floor too evidently) of the residence 13 with 4 x T_De_Set_LadderTrap_01 and a collision cube.
Replaced T_CyrCom_Var_Bs1IngGC (a Cyrodiil basket) with com_basket_01_chpfood.
Rotated some T_IngFood_FishSlaughterDried_02 on the rope.
Moved T_De_SetVeloth_X_LighthouseT_01 to prevent it from bleeding into the canton lip, and adjusted the net in it.
Fixed 2 x Ex_DE_ship_cabindoor on the ships caspering by scaling them up a bit.
Created and placed a banner TR_m3_AT_SeedyTavern outside of Seedy Port Tavern 25, and named it the Rusty Anchor.
Placed a generic Brewers and Fishmongers hall banner outside of the Almas Thirr hall.
Filled the generic notebook (TR_m3_AT_PoetryBook_1 now) outside of the armorer with the following poem from Azrayel:
