The imperial highway markers in Narsis indicate it is the Blue Road, when in reality it is the Purple Road. Check the markers on the rest of the road as well and swap out as needed.

Hemmette Fauler mentions that I may buy a Sleeping Draught from her for the quest Drowned Out. The potion was not in her merchant inventory. However, her competitor Nevusa Falen did have a Sleeping Draught for sale. In the Construction Set, only Nevusa Falen has a Sleeping Draught in her shop. Hemmette will still mention having one since she is an alchemist in the same town.
Shenjirra is supposed to give the Andas Slave Key after giving her an Intervention scroll to let her escape. The journal said that I could go help the other slaves in Andothren. After traveling to Andas Estate, the slaves mentioned that I didn't have the key.
(Issue 2: Slaves in Andas won't go free.)
I used the console to add the missing key. The slaves would not go free, even with the Andas Slave Key.
When asked about duties, generic response in Akamora Guild of Mages is "Speak with Areanne Vara."
This is not quite correct, as Areanne Vara is in Helnim.
This dialog option has no location assigned to it, so NoLore mages everywhere could point to Arenne Vara, if they have no other overriding dialog options.
I accepted the quest in Andothren. Then went to Menaan and set Engor free. When I went to Vando Manor Dathlyn Vando was already dead - as expected. Raynil Vando had no appropriate dialogue. Is this a bug, or a "You can't do it in this order"?
I tried AddTopic "pack of alits" which didn't give a "Topic not found" error but didn't add the topic either.
Balyn Ilvenes in Indal-ruhn still has a 'Services' line that implies he offers boat travel, even though he's now just a dockworker and provides no services: "Rolis Hlor over at the west end of town has a nice selection of everyday wares. For anything more specific, you'd want to go to Almas Thirr. Want a ride?"
