A small hillside fortification with a watchtower to observe and patrol the Redoran-Hlaalu border area. Another purpose of it is to enable the inspection of traders and caravans who are passing the nearby crossroads.
This quest is for an existing ancestral tomb in Roth-Roryn of the claimaint's choice and involves two Outlander adventurers - free choice of race, but they should not be Dunmer.
The player meets the first quest NPC outside of the tomb. The NPC woefully relates to the player that he was delving through the dungeon with a friend when they came upon a swarm of undead (bonewalkers?). His friend and he were separated in the fray, and now he wants the player's help in finding his friend before it's too late and she is killed.
Daedric Artifact Staff of Sheogorath. I recommend the staff to have no enchantment (like volendrung and Auriels bow) so that high level characters have something to enchant. Also wabbajacks lore enchantment would be impossible to make in vanilla morrowinds engine.
I am planning make a quest to retrieve the staff from Veranzaris, a Daedric ruin in Roth-Roryn. The shrine is dedicated to Sheogorath, and even has a manic Library in the ruins with several copies of "Wabbajack", the book within it.
As with the neighbours, this shack houses a down-on-her luck fisherwoman-turned-smuggler. She drowns her sorrow in cheap liquor and faith in the Tribunal.
Slave shack situated next to the home of a 4 person Dunmer farming family. The shack is home to two Argonian slaves who farm and fish in turn, and pretty much hate each other.
The shack should display this, creating some sort of traps or barrier between their sleeping locations.
Home of a small Dunmer family (mother, father, two daughters). Farmers who have recently purchased a deed, built a manor and slave shack on top of it, and now tend to the land far away from the hustle and bustle of Kragen Mar.
The interior should make sure to display the manor as inhabited by poorer people than those in the Hlaalu manors around the Ascadian isles. Poorer furniture and the like. It may be physically larger, but the funds were exhausted after the building was made and the family is now stuck with their oversized manor with the crunch just about to set in.
