A herder's dwelling. Perhaps some unique RR animal instead of guars? Either way, exterior edits will be needed when merging the interior.

There could be some subtle hints that the herder is helping out smugglers (such as extra bedrolls or hidden goods).

A fisherman's dwelling near the river. The claimant decides whether to add a spouse and/or children.
