A cavern set that Tribunal was probably supposed to be using considering the texture is called "tx_om_cavern.dds'. Unlike Bloodmoon which did use unique cavern sets, Tribunal resorted to just moldcave. This brings in a cavern set that uses the previous mentioned texture which suits not only the OM tileset better as it was meant for it, but also gives another cavern set to use in the area (Orethan), as Pycave and Lavacave are not gonna be used at all. Suits the grey exterior rocks too.
Book written by Michael Kirkbride in November 2006. The book is solid and doesn't conflict with Morrowind lore (by not having the Shivering Isle be Sheogorath's realm but it is the Asylum -- as an example). Perfect for using in Mages Guilds and other wizard towers. Will need an esp and proof reading.
There are several lines added to non-Vvardenfell NPCs by TD that either do not fit any context besides the DLC they came from or are simply annoying and stupid.
During adjusting Province: Cyrodiil's worldspace to changes made by minerals 3.0 claim, it turned out one significant decoration - being Mad Mina Amarant skull - couldn't be made using new sapphire pieces. Per discussion on PT, it would be great to make unique asset using old mesh/texture.
