Changes the generic shell meshes from https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset/generic-shell-pack-pi-cath-shell-c... into containers that drop resized misc dupe items of themselves, so they can be collected by the player. The smaller misc items are also better suited for interior use than the oversized exterior shells (the exception being grottos and dreugh fortresses).
Cut from the main Quey chest claim and the Keptu poor furniture claim because the models and a WIP texture already exist and there's no reason not to get them out of the way.

This is the claim for standard, vanilla-like Hammerfell crates. Can be expanded with custom variants, but it's made to have RGA-wood-textured variants that are usable possibly in not long time, even for Abecean Shores release. Obviously with Sutch and especially Rihad and Stros releases, this claim will get even bigger priority.
