New Hlaalu set pieces needed for finishing the Hlaalu Theatre in Narsis:
1. Modified versions of T_De_SetHla_I_LedgeRailCorInRnd and T_De_SetHla_I_LedgeCorInRnd that align with the position of normal straight rails (see images attached).
2. Ledge version of T_De_SetHla_I_Wall_Onesided_01: needed to avoid caspering in rooms with 3-floor high ceilings and should definitely see some use in a few other interiors.
Adds more contrast to the carryable chimer shellware candle textures (to match the recently increased contrast on the other shellware pieces)
Rotation adjustment for the carryable shellware candles that makes the opening of the shell face the player when dropped (to match the icons) [Fixed with help from Kynesifnar]
Fixes small seams on the PI candle textures.
Update: moved sand dollar changes to the new misc shell items claim instead.
A handful of new traps to be used in addition to the vanilla traps. Valid for all provinces. All have "Trap" in the name to fit the vanilla naming scheme.
