First draft of a rare book defending its author theory. A minor (and somewhat laughtable) one. Can be found in south Morrowind, Imperial settlements in Argonia, Nibenay and coastal Cyrodiil. I can find a more serious author name (and a better title), if needed.
This is a proposed low-priority claim to review and refit Beave's finished Master Vaerin and Llevari Telsaran questline in order to provide more content in Telvannis.

For context: Foul Murder starts with a courier approaching the PC. As of right now this might happen anywhere; e.g. in the wilderness of the Reach (of SHotN). I thought about limiting it to major settlements (Tier I-III) of Morrowind with a script, but realized that perhaps other quests might want to limit events to major cities as well. Maybe we want to add a generally available script to Tamriel_Data that allows this. My suggestion therefore:
The Giant Elowan (T_Mw_Flora_ThornElowan) suffers from bad alpha settings on the edges of the leaves, visible as a jagged black outline. Its collision mesh was also removed a few years ago due to being oversized.

Named it tr_furn_strawheap. In the CS added it to the Crate section. Maybe we want to add this to the SetFarm instead with Strawheap name? Up to the merger.
Currently TR is reusing a lot of the vanilla redoran exterior assets and it is reaching its limit. With the main Redoran territory still in preview there is time to gather some art for an expansion of the Redoran exterior tileset. Some thing to keep in mind.
