This generic “little secret” line is currently as copied from vanilla for the Temple, Imperial Cult, Legion and T/F/M Guilds, (20% chance, for NPC rank above 5, and PC above level 6-8)
I'm %Rank rank in %Faction, and I'd think twice about going down in a Daedric ruin without a crateful of potions and scrolls.
