While searching through your old forums, I found this 95% finished, most interesting text by Sload. (Original thread) From what I can tell, it has not been included into TR, but since it is excellent background lore for the Great Houses, I post it here as a reminder, perhaps you have some use for it. Two images are missing, otherwise it appears to be finished.
Ashstaar's shoulder- / half- / chest-plates from concept art,
The neck version includes "scarves", the earlier chest version doesn't. Made to fit over robes, some empty space unavoidable if worn bare-chested (acceptable, can only be seen from below)
Born out of the how-to-put-feathers-on-bugs discussion. This is a flitterbug. It has four feathery wings and a feathery bird-like tail, but its head is more typically bug-like with the antennae of a moth. It also has two legs like a bird, but they are segmented and clawed more along the lines of an insect or perhaps a lizard. It may have vestigal legs tucked along the upper portion of the tail (as insects are classically six legs, four wings).
YUUUUGE dump of different dialogue. I generally have it lumped together via topic (i.e. "little secret" or "latest rumors" though some of it is chopped into category i.e. "religion" and "slavery", so use ctrl+f to your advantage here.) I also have gotten some response to some of the dialogue being too descriptive, but I can't really say either way.
The Dewstag is an insectiod creature that lives in the Othreleth Woods and in some parts of the Thirr Valley, there it hops through the trees and the water. The Dewstag is about the size of a deer(no surprise there) and is herbivorous. Dewstags can be found travelling in small packs of two-four Dewstags and mostly keep to the waterfront. The Dewstags are renowned for their "venison", the venison is said to be tender, sweet and sugary. Besides its taste it also has other side effects in ways of alchemy, it is said to Restore endurance, Drain willpower, Sound and Blind.
