The preview files for the deterministic death nifs, which follow the format "anim_death#_preview", are missing their xanim equivalents and therefore unusable. Rot did submit them here (https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset/death-animations) but they do not exist in the current TD.
Attached are the files from Rot's submission, renamed to fit the format of the files as they exist in TD.

Includes: Balance tweaks to the Blind Stalker goblins, leveled lists (weapons/shields/loot) for the Blind Stalker goblins, an unique ability for the Blind Stalker goblins, and Poisonbloom effect activator and its associated spell.
This happens because the script attempts to modify the black/grey/white rat creature, but none of them are placed in any cells. The fix just places them into the TD holding cells.
