Removes the slew of <Template> guards with TR_ IDs that cluttered Data with about 70 extra entries that imo have very little point. Not only can you never place them anywhere besides TR anyway, they're also all named <Template> and have the old map number guard script, so you can't even use them in TR either beyond populating screenshots.
Note that this doesn't remove the Necrom Ordinators, which are also in data but actually ARE used directly (with their own script that assigns them to map2).
Removes the four generic PI_imp_ guards that had already been merged into data recently. They have the no longer used script T_ScNpc_Mw_Guard, which wouldn't have done them any good for use in PI in the first place.
They will be re-created as part of the PI main file, so there is no need to fix them, just delete them.
