Plague rat blood missing, it's a ginormous exclamation mark in place of a texture and mesh, fairly noticeable. I am using the latest hotfix as well. 

While doing the "Catcatching in Almas Thirr" quest, I gave Aillijar a cheap potion of invisibilty. He jumped off the building and ran at the door, but stopped right in front of the exit. He was standing there, then the invisibility effect wore off, and he was still standing there, until he disappear after a considerable amount of time.

The spell applied by the script when the axe is picked up from the tree stump causes a CTD in vanilla MW.

When the 2 effects in the spell are changed from target to touch, the spell works as normal on the player and there is no CTD.

Hi. This is my first bug report so let me know if I'm not doing something right.

The alchemical ingredients "mummy heart" and "ghoul heart" are two separate ingridients with 2 separate sets of effects.
But when you add them both to your inventory, the mummy heart turns into another ghoul heart.

I think these are the file names but I'm not sure:
mummyheart 
ghoul_heart
