So I found this potion being sold in Old Ebonheart and since I'm playing with the Atronach birthsign I figured I could use this without the negative effect for obvious reasons. Well apparently consuming this potion and waiting for the "stunted magicka" effect to wear off will result in an Atronach character without stunted magicka! The effect is still listed but upon resting magicka will actually replenish. It's probably a good idea to replace the effect in said potion (Llotham) with drain intelligence. Cheers
When I enter the Legions Headquarters at Old Ebonheart a certain block of text appears, with something along the lines of "You hear voices downstairs referring to you as the standing officer, and that someone has to go meet you." Moments later, the instant I come face to face with a Legion NPC inside the building, the game is caught in a generic guard dialog box from which there is no way to get out.
In most (if not all) of the inns I've visited on the mainland, the publican's dialogue says that they're going to charge you 25 gold for the night. However, only 10 gp is removed from the player.
I am at the point where the two apprentices, Kelkemello and Saturius, have to perform three challenges in order to become the new court wizard. However, at the second challenge the quest does not continue. After telling Caros Cocceius that the two apprentices are ready for the second challenge, Kelkemello fails to summon anything once the prompt is given. At this point, any dialogue with either Caros Cocceius or Kelkemello is locked, and I'm only able to say 'Goodbye' so I can close the dialogue screen.
Astral Vapors is an illness added by Tamriel Rebuilt (originally part of Oblivion) that adds Stunted Magicka as one of its effects. Curing Astal Vapors also "cures" the Stunted Magicka effect from the Atronach birthsign.
Aside from changing the effect of Astral Vapors, it should be checked if OpenMW has the same problem as the vanilla engine.
