Piransulit has these steel bars under a de_m table that bleed into its legs. Probably happened after the de_m update.

Arvud, Bazaar -- these greaves bleed into a cup.

Shaden cave -- I feel like this skeleton set up is too hacky: it imitates a cut arm holding a sword, while the skeleton has both arms intact, and one of them is covered with an additional bone to hide the fact that it's intact. But it's too aparent.

Shaden cave -- this barrel is bleeding into the threshold. Also, it is impossible to squeeze through the door when exiting the room (the only way out) on vanilla.
