Description:
As stated in the title I can't find Ralis Nalor by the ship in Almas Thirr, I figured with the exterior recently being redone it may be a missed placement. Travelling to Amas Thirr works normally, but the boatman is no where to be found once you arrive.

Are you playing on an old save? In case you are, Ralis Nalor already loaded in your game on an old spot not accounting for the exterior edit, so he's either drowned or stuck in the canton walls somewhere.You can spawn a new copy of Ralis using this command "PlaceAtPC TR_m3_Ralis Nalor 1 128 0"
