Description:

The bosmer slave in Arvud does not have a "wait here" command. Not so much a bug, but annoying to have him permanently follow.

Fix Added the follow me /

Fix

Added the follow me / wait here commands we have for the Mundrethi buyable slaves to all three slaves you can buy in Arvud.
Also changed the existing lines so Argonians you buy at the Mundrethi Plantation don't use %name in those lines.
Also removed one slave bracer each from all three slaves in Arvud. A bracer on each wrist is moddy and makes little sense, I don't think any vanilla slave does this.
