The door markers linking from the interiors to the two exterior cells that were transferred from TR_Mainland to the Roryn's Bluff section for working on the dried riverbed ((0, -20) and (0, -21)), seem to have disappeared. Thus, one cannot exit these interiors without using the console. As far as I can tell, the affected interiors are Verano Farmhouse (two doors) and Malumed (one door).
