Went to Nivalis, grabbed Lish gro-Garrok's Axe (TR_m1_Niv_q_LishAxe), and got the jounal entry "I have retrieved Lish gro-Garrok's axe." (TR_m1_Niv_Crack stage 30). When I went to talk to Lish (TR_m1_Lish), he greeting me with "Have you managed to get my equipment back?". There's no possible respone, and no dialogue topics to advance the quest.
