Description:

The book "T_Bk_DefenseOfMorrowindTR" is repeatedly used in incorrect places. The book contains information presented as strategic by the author, that should by no means fall into the hands of enemies of the Empire: it seems to me it should only be found in Imperial-aligned places, and even then probably not in public areas.

Exemple: about Fort Firemoth, "This could be a massive weakness should an invader know of it". Dude, your book is for sale in three major cities.

I've checked every instances of the book as of the last version of Tamriel_Data and TR Mainland, and here's the ones that I think are definitively problematic (barring any specific uses by quests):

ref#1099808, Romayon Library

ref#1080309, ref#1080308, ref#1080194, Andothren, Elar Fandas: Bookseller

ref#1076707, Andothren, Gavros Falas' House

ref#1069528, Andothren, Andas Estate: West Wing

ref#915391, Vathras Plantation, Vathras Manor

ref#862299, Old Ebonheart, Tail Tales

ref#660800, Port Telvannis, Felisel Gavos: Bookseller

ref#633030, Nethril Plantation, Guard Tower

ref#521435, Necrom, Watch Barracks

ref#515388, Necrom, Greater Bonewalker Smithy

Other instances seem to be only in Imperial Forts and offices, though maybe the following are too easy to find for a so-called "classified" document:

ref#1143223, Teyn, Census and Excise Office

ref#1045402, Firewatch, Ember Keep: Great Hall

ref#822473, Ebon Tower, Palace: Library

ref#439617, Fort Umbermoth, Interior

The remaining instances are in places tagged as "emperor quarters", "keep", "command post", "high chambers": without any in-game check, those seem to be correct uses of the book.
