The "Imperial Legion" topic has map specific entries mentioning the various garrisons in the area. These have only been implemented for map 1-3. A map 4 entry should probably mention Shadowgate, Ashmoth, and Ancylis. Maybe OE too.

And speaking of Old Ebonheart, its eponymous topic is unavailable to Savants. Amusingly, Ebonheart does have a Savant entry (stolen from vanilla) which should probably be modified to link to "Old Ebonheart". There should also be a cell filtered version of the Old Ebonheart topic available to NPCs in Ebonheart.
